Booking Policy
By making a booking through iMusafir.pk, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
- Authorized Payment Accounts: All payments must be made only to the officially designated bank accounts of iMusafir.pk or AJK Tours as communicated by the company. iMusafir.pk shall not be responsible or liable for any payments made to personal accounts, private accounts, or accounts held in the name of any other individual, business, or organization. Failure to do so shall be solely at the customer’s risk.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by iMusafir.pk.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including names, CNIC/passport details, contact information, and travel dates.
- Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges imposed by service providers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels of iMusafir.pk.
Cancellation charges may vary depending upon the hotel, airline, transport company, visa provider, or other third-party suppliers involved in the booking.
The following general cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
Tours & Hotel Bookings
- More than 15 days before departure/check-in: Cancellation charges may apply as per supplier policies.
- 7 to 15 days before departure/check-in: Up to 50% of the total booking amount may be non-refundable.
- Less than 7 days before departure/check-in: Up to 100% of the booking amount may be non-refundable.
- No-show or early departure: No refund will be applicable.
Certain promotional, discounted, peak-season, and non-refundable bookings may not qualify for any refund regardless of the cancellation notice period.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after receiving the refunded amount from the relevant supplier, including hotels, airlines, transport operators, or other service providers.
- Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the supplier and payment method used.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or service charges incurred during the booking process may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method where possible.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified:
- Visa processing fees
- Travel insurance
- Service charges
- Processing fees
- Supplier-imposed non-refundable bookings
- Any expenses already incurred on behalf of the customer
Amendments & Changes
Any request to modify a confirmed booking is subject to availability and approval by the relevant service providers.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Date changes
- Hotel changes
- Passenger name corrections
- Transportation upgrades
- Package modifications
Force Majeure
iMusafir.pk shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Road closures
- Landslides
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Airline operational issues
- Transport disruptions
In such situations, refunds will be governed strictly by the policies of the respective service providers.
Limitation of Liability
iMusafir.pk acts as an intermediary between customers and various travel service providers, including hotels, airlines, transport operators, and tour suppliers.
While we strive to ensure quality services, we shall not be liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Personal injury, illness, accident, or damage occurring during travel
Customers are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance where applicable.
