At iMusafir.pk, we strive to provide transparent and fair booking policies for all our clients. By confirming a booking and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  1. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  2. A booking shall only be considered confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, 100% advance payment must be deposited within the given time period (typically within 72 hours of quotation or reservation).
  4. All reservations remain tentative until payment is received and may be released automatically without prior notice if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

2. Cancellation Policy

  1. iMusafir.pk does not impose its own cancellation charges. However, hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors may have their own cancellation policies which shall apply accordingly.
  2. Some hotels and service providers may have stricter cancellation terms, especially during peak seasons, public holidays, long weekends, festivals, and special events. Clients are advised to confirm the applicable cancellation conditions before finalizing their booking.
  3. Unless otherwise stated by the service provider:
    • 50% refund may be applicable if cancellation is made at least 15 days before the arrival date.
    • No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival.
  4. Certain bookings, promotional rates, discounted rates, airline tickets, or special event reservations may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation notice.
  5. In case of a NO-SHOW, no refund shall be applicable for any unused services including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, meals, or sightseeing activities.

3. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are subject to the approval and policies of the respective hotel, airline, transport company, or service provider.
  2. Different hotels, airlines, and vendors follow different refund timelines. iMusafir.pk can only process a refund after receiving the refund from the respective supplier.
  3. Refund processing may take up to 45 days or longer depending upon the policies and processing times of the respective service provider.
  4. Any refund approved by a supplier may be subject to deduction of banking charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, currency conversion charges, or administrative fees where applicable.
  5. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction wherever possible.

4. Booking Credits & Adjustments

  1. Some hotels and service providers do not offer monetary refunds and instead provide booking credits, date changes, or room adjustments within a specified validity period.
  2. In such cases, iMusafir.pk shall be bound by the supplier’s policy and may not be able to issue an immediate cash refund.
  3. Clients may utilize such credits or adjustments within the validity period specified by the respective supplier, subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of rebooking.
  4. Where a supplier permits only future booking adjustments and not refunds, iMusafir.pk may attempt to resell the reserved room, seat, or service to another client. If successful, the refundable amount may be returned after applicable adjustments.
  5. If the booking cannot be resold and the supplier does not provide a refund, the amount paid may become non-refundable in accordance with the supplier’s policy.

5. Flight Cancellation Policy

  1. In case a flight is cancelled on the day of departure or arrival, the client must provide valid proof of cancellation, including the ticket and passenger details.
  2. Upon verification, the deposited amount may be adjusted towards a future booking, subject to the policies of the respective hotels and service providers.
  3. Unless otherwise restricted by the supplier, the booking may generally be re-utilized within six (6) months from the original travel date, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
  4. Any fare differences, seasonal surcharges, or price increases applicable at the time of rebooking shall be payable by the client.

6. Landslides, Road Closures & Travel Disruptions

  1. In case of landslides, road blockages, route closures, weather-related disruptions, or travel restrictions confirmed by relevant authorities such as NHA or local administration, bookings shall be governed by the policies of the respective hotels and suppliers.
  2. Where permitted by suppliers, clients may rebook or utilize the deposited amount within the validity period specified by the supplier.
  3. Any rebooking shall remain subject to room availability and prevailing rates at the time of travel.

7. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

  1. iMusafir.pk shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
    • Floods
    • Earthquakes
    • Landslides
    • Heavy snowfall
    • Avalanches
    • Storms
    • Natural disasters
    • Political instability
    • Curfews
    • Government restrictions
    • Strikes
    • Protests
    • Processions
    • Road blockades
    • Security situations
    • Airline operational issues
    • Any other force majeure event
  2. In such situations, any additional expenses incurred during the trip shall be borne by the client. These may include:
    • Additional hotel nights
    • Additional transportation charges
    • Fuel expenses
    • Vehicle retention charges
    • Alternate route charges
    • Meals
    • Flight amendments
    • Emergency arrangements
    • Any other unforeseen travel-related costs

8. Tour Itinerary Changes

  1. Tour itineraries may be modified, rearranged, or adjusted due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational requirements, security concerns, government directives, or circumstances beyond control.
  2. Every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements where possible; however, no compensation shall be payable for such changes.

9. Unused Services

  1. No refund shall be provided for any unused portion of a package, including:
    • Hotel stays
    • Meals
    • Transportation
    • Sightseeing activities
    • Excursions
    • Entry tickets
    • Any other booked service
  2. Voluntary withdrawal from any part of the itinerary shall not qualify for a refund.

10. Client Responsibilities

  1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking.
  2. Clients must carry valid identification documents and comply with all local laws, regulations, and travel requirements.
  3. Any fines, penalties, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s actions shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

11. Limitation of Liability

  1. iMusafir.pk acts solely as a travel facilitator and intermediary between clients and third-party service providers.
  2. iMusafir.pk shall not be liable for:
    • Delays
    • Accidents
    • Injuries
    • Loss of baggage
    • Loss of personal belongings
    • Flight disruptions
    • Hotel service issues
    • Weather conditions
    • Road conditions
    • Supplier insolvency
    • Any indirect or consequential losses
  3. The liability of iMusafir.pk, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually received by iMusafir.pk for the specific booking.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment and confirming a booking with iMusafir.pk, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy in its entirety.
